After 35 years in private practice Dr. Shaukat Chaudhery has decided to retire effective immediately. He will be greatly missed by his patients, colleagues, and staff.

Our Primary Care physicians, Dr. Babar Mirza, and Dr. Rana Jafri, along with, our Cardiologists, Dr. Jayendra Patel and Dr. Ravindra Patel will continue to provide you with quality and compassionate care.

Dr. Mirza, Dr. Jafri, and Dr. Ravindra Patel practice out of our offices at 42 Throckmorton Lane, Old Bridge and 530 Green Street, Iselin. 

Dr. Jayendra Patel sees patients at 111 James Street, Edison, 42 Throckmorton Lane, Old Bridge, and 32 North Main Street, Marlboro.
