Dr. Jayendra N Patel is the founder of Medical Associates of Marlboro. He studied at Bhavan’s College of Sciences in Almedabad, India and attended medical school at B.J. Medical College. Almedabad India. He completed his residency at University Hospital in Newark, NJ and a fellowship at University Hospital and Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, NJ.
Dr. J Patel specializes in Cardiology. He was the Chief Cardiology Fellow at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Newark, NJ from July 1996 to June 1997. He also received the National Research Service Award – Grant # HL 07151, awarded by National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute for “Research in pathogenesis of Hematological disorders” from July 1988 to June 1991.
