Telemedicine

Telemedicine provides patients with the opportunity to utilize virtual visits with doctors during the current pandemic.

• All of our offices, MDs and NPs are providing telehealth to all of our patients. 
• The appointments can be scheduled in advance or on the same day. 
• We are providing two type of visits. One is through telephone consults where the MD/NP will discuss issues/conditions over the phone. 
• The other is through video conferencing. We are asking patients to download Google Duo which is free of charge on their phone and a video conference will be scheduled. 
• Both types of telehealth are covered by the insurance companies. 
• Patients can call any office to get additional information.

• Tap Video Call.
• Select the person you'd like to call from your contacts (this information will be given when scheduling your appointment) or type in the number you'd like to reach.
• Duo will call your contact, making your video visible with Knock Knock.
• To end your call, tap the red phone button in the bottom center of your screen.
